Hear from our guests

Just got back from a weekend at this beautiful cottage and what a place this is…we’re frequently in the lakes as a family with dogs and this is up there with the best places we have stayed in.
Had a cup of tea this morning on the front of the cottage in the sun listening to the birds.

Fantastic stay. The cottage is even more stunning in real life. The bedrooms are huge and the whole place is decorated beautifully. Really recommend it! So many thoughtful touches to make you feel welcome. Thank you for having us.

We had a very warm welcome when we arrived after a long drive up and it was very much appreciated, using what three words made it easy to find.

It is a beautifully private cottage with views over the countryside, but still not too far a drive from local pubs and amenities.

The house is very well equipped with everything you need for a peaceful break away, all of the little details have been thought of in the kitchen and plenty of books and leaflets to look through of things to do in the local area.

The beds were incredibly comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! If you are looking for peace and quiet then this is a perfect spot!
